Provides students with essential knowledge and principles from different sub-fields of psychology, including developmental psychology, social psychology and cognitive psychology

Develops students’ ability to scientifically analyse human cognitive processes and behaviour

Prepares students for further studies, such as in psychology, teaching, and social work; and for employment especially those involving human relations, managerial and administrative occupations
Structure
The Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) Programme combines a core curriculum, bespoke language training, and Social Science foundation courses together with Major required and elective courses and free electives.
Costs
Funding
All non-local students will be considered for the following scholarships:
- Full Scholarship (covering tuition, hostel and partial academic and living expenses)
- Full-tuition Scholarship
- Half-tuition Scholarship
Each Scholarship is offered on an annual renewable basis and is tenable for a period of up to the normative duration of study, subject to continued outstanding academic performance.
Admissions
An acceptable qualification. Qualifications not listed will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
