What you’ll study

The Bachelor of Advanced Computing and Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) is a combined undergraduate coursework degree that will develop your technical skills in computing while providing an essential foundation in the structure and function of the human body, from molecules through to whole systems.

You will complete core units that cover the skills needed to work as a computing professional, along with a major from the Advanced Computing disciplinary pool and advanced computing elective units.

Core units in the Medical Science major will ensure you develop a breadth of knowledge across fields such as anatomy, cellular and molecular biochemistry, human physiology, immunobiology, infectious diseases, pharmacology and microbiology, and you will have the opportunity to specialise in your senior units.
