Who is it for?
This course is for students who have an interest in digital and visual design, with a view to become a digitally focussed design professional. Students with a passion for creativity and problem solving will find opportunities to harness and develop these skills throughout the degree program.
Structure
What you’ll study
Core areas of study include app design, creative technology, design thinking, graphic design, information architecture, physical computing, sound design, user experience (UX), and user-centred design. The four design studios focus on user experience design, interaction design, information visualisation, and interactive product design.
Related units may be taken from arts and social sciences, business, engineering, computer science, music, and visual arts.

Secondary or tertiary qualification
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
