Structure
What you’ll study
The Bachelor of Education (Primary) is an undergraduate degree that provides you with a professional qualification to teach in a primary school with children aged five to 12 years.
You will complete core units in education and professional studies and a major in education studies, with the option to complete a primary teaching specialisation in your final year. You will undertake professional experience throughout your studies alongside your coursework.

Secondary or tertiary qualification
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
A minimum result of 7.5 overall including a minimum result of 7.0 in Reading and Writing and 8.0 in Listening and Speaking
A minimum result of 105 overall including a minimum result of 23 in Reading and 25 in Writing and 27 in Listening and Speaking
A minimum result of 76 overall including a minimum result of 68 in Reading and Writing and 79 in Listening and Speaking
