About this course
Unlike any other project management degree in Australia, this course provides you with the project management skills to succeed in today's business environment.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of project management in an industry context, from theory to technical application in real-world environments.
Who is it for?
Project management is ideal for anyone who wants to work behind the scenes to get the job done. Project managers combine their knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to steer and deliver project activities across a wide range of industries – from complex construction projects to large-scale events.
Structure
What you’ll study
The Bachelor of Project Management is an undergraduate coursework degree that will give you the fundamental project management skills, theories and methods required to succeed in today's complex business environment. This course is accredited by the Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Centre (GAC).
You will complete core units all aspects of project management. You will also choose at least one major, which may be a taken from the Project Management disciplinary pool or the shared pool.
You will also have the option to complete a minor from the Project Management disciplinary pool, and will complete elective units as needed to make up the requirements of the course.
Students have the opportunity to undertake an Honours thesis during an additional year of study. See Bachelor of Project Management (Honours).

Secondary or tertiary qualification
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
