Structure
What you’ll study
The Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts is an undergraduate coursework degree that provides you with a background in both the humanities and the sciences. The courses create learning experiences built on the principles of inquiry, research and engagement that prepare students for employment in a wide range of areas, postgraduate research, and further specialist and professional education and research.
You will choose a major from either the Arts or Science disciplinary pools, you will also complete elective units from the Open Learning Environment as needed to meet the requirements of the course.
Students have opportunities for the completion of internships or placements through FASS3000: Internship which may be counted towards a major in an approved program and takes the form of a short-term internship with a partner organisation.

Secondary or tertiary qualification
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
